This house was originally my father's childhood home.

Back in the Showa era, there weren't many playgrounds like today, so in winter, we would go skiing at Tsurugi Mountain, and in summer, we would dive into the Yoshino River to catch ayu. It seems like it was a life growing up surrounded by nature.

The exterior consists of three buildings: the main house, a separate building, and a workshop, arranged in a U-shape, with a spacious concrete yard in the middle. Currently, it is used as a parking lot, but I think it could also be a place for children to practice riding bicycles or for relatives and acquaintances to gather and chat with chairs brought out. There is enough space to park several cars, which I think is convenient.

The workshop was originally used as a sewing factory, so there are large cutting tables and sewing machines left as they are. This space is quite large, so if organized, it could be very useful as a workspace for various purposes, whether for hobbies or business.

The interior has not been cleaned out for many years, so there are many belongings left, and it is hard to say it is clean. Part of the ceiling (not the roof) of the main house is missing, and the entrance door of the separate building is warped and does not close. The walls and doors are old, so if repairs are to be made, significant work will be needed, but since it has a traditional structure, there may be aspects that those who love old houses can enjoy.

Since there are three buildings, it might be possible to keep just the workshop and demolish the other buildings to build new ones.
